How to View Call Logs?

  1. From the main navigation menu, go to Settings > Logs.

  2. Choose the Voice option from the tab on the right corner.

  3. All call logs are listed with the following columns:

  • ID

  • Type

  • Message

  • To

  • From

  • Direction

  • Status

  • Rule

  • Date

  1. You can:

  • Apply a date filter.

  • Use the status filter dropdown (e.g., Missed or Completed).
