How to View SMS Chats?

From the main navigation menu, go to Chats.
In the channel dropdown, select SMS.
SMS chats will be listed with details such as ID, Contact, Latest Message, Date & Time, and an Eye icon in the Actions column.
Click the Eye icon next to the desired conversation.
The full SMS chat will open for review.
