How to View Email Logs?

  1. From the main Navigation menu, go to Settings > Logs.

  2. All email logs are listed with their statuses: In Progress, Completed, Deferred. 

  3. Click the eye icon under the Action column to view details in a modal:

  • Log ID

  • Email Subject

  • Email Status

  • Sender Email

  • Date & Time

  • Email Body

  • Generated Response

  1. The logs page also displays:

  • ID

  • Subject

  • Received At

  • Received From

  • Response Sent At

  • Status

  1. You can also apply the Date Filter to search for specific logs.
