How to View Email Logs?

From the main Navigation menu, go to Settings > Logs.
All email logs are listed with their statuses: In Progress, Completed, Deferred.
Click the eye icon under the Action column to view details in a modal:
Log ID
Email Subject
Email Status
Sender Email
Date & Time
Email Body
Generated Response
The logs page also displays:
ID
Subject
Received At
Received From
Response Sent At
Status
You can also apply the Date Filter to search for specific logs.
