How to Add a New Contact?

1. From the main navigation menu, select Audience > Contacts.

2. Click the +Add Contact button.

   

3. In the form, enter the following details:

• Name

• Phone number

• Select intent (select AI BOT or SMS)

4. Click Submit.

5. The contact will be added to the contacts list.

Note: Users who start a session via Web Chat will be automatically added to the Contacts list.
