How to Change the Status of Knowledge Resource?

  1. From the main navigation menu, select Settings > AI Engine.

  2. Open the Knowledge Base tab.

  3. Locate the resource whose status you want to update.

  4. Use the Status toggle to enable or disable the resource.

  5. The resource status will be updated immediately.

Note: AI Agents on Slack, Webchat, and Try AI Agent will only use active knowledge resources. Content from inactive files will not be included in responses.
