How to Remove Contact(s) from a List?

From the main navigation menu, select Audience > Lists.
Locate the list from which you want to remove contacts.
Click the stats in the Contacts column.
In the contact list for that list, select the contact(s) you want to unlist.
Click the Remove List icon.
The selected contacts will be removed from the list.
