How to Edit an Auto Response?

1. From the main navigation menu, select Settings > AI Engine.

2. Open the Auto Responses tab.

3. In the list of responses, click the Edit (Pen) icon next to the response you want to modify.

   

4. Update the required fields (Label, Trigger, Response).

5. Click Save.

Note: The updated response will be used for all future matching user messages.
