How to Configure Web Widget’s Appearance & Behavior?

1. From the main navigation menu, select Settings > Web Widget.

2. Review and update the widget configuration fields, such as:

• Widget Display Name

• Primary (Theme) Color

• Secondary (Font) Color

• Widget Icon

• Handoff Message (for Agent takeover)

• Initial Message

• Message Placeholder

• Suggestions

3. Click Save Settings.

Note: The updated settings will be applied to the web chat widget when User opens it.
